HKUST Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project is the first project of Hong Kong universities to be set up in SHCZ. Based on the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Synergy Innovation Lab cluster, Blue Sea Bay Incubation Port and Academy for Continuing Education of HKUST, the project will bring advantageous resources and development experiences together, develop research, scientific achievements and cultivate talents and technologies for the country’s economy, social progress and science and technology advancement.

Exploring the utilization of multi-party credible and safe computing technology to realize data utilization without necessarily owning or seeing it, conducting research on extracting comprehensive data exchange mode covering the levels of data resourcalization, assetization and capitalization, promoting the orderly flow and optimization of data elements, and helping SHCZ become the key to the GBA digital economy synergetic development and center for data element resources flow.
