CityU Advanced Aerospace Materials Pre-stressed Engineering and Nanometer Technology Research and Development Project

Based on three national platforms, namely, National Materials Science Research Center Greater Bay Area Union Research Department, National Precious Metals Engineering Technology Research Center Hong Kong Branch and State Key Laboratory of Rare and Precious Metals Comprehensive Utilization New Technology Shenzhen Branch, the project will develop basic research and applied basic research over core problems and key technologies inthematerial field. Onewill be the development of high-intensity and high-resiliencenanometer-structured alloy materials. It constructs and optimizes nanometer-tiered structure, develops multi-stable geometry variable structure, improves the comprehensive service performance of aerospace structural materials, reduces structural weight, improves flight efficiency and service reliability and extends service life.
