Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Integrated Service Center

This Center is located to the southwest of the intersection of Honghua Road and Lanhua Avenue in Futian Bonded Zone. It is a key project in the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone. Its occupied land area is about 8,000m² and its gross floor area about 100,000m². This Center will be a pivotal node that integrates the functions including technology exhibition, scientific innovation services, high-end commerce, cultural activities and public space, provide high-quality space for the upstream and downstream industries of technological innovation including talents development, education, dissemination of science and investment promotion, and become a landmark and pivotal node in the Futian Bonded Zone of Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone.
