This Park is located at No. 6, Hongmian Avenue, Futian Bonded Zone, and its gross floor area is 35,000m². 

With the driving power of the leading enterprises and EDA advanced enterprises and the other core enterprises in the EDA industry and the upstream and downstream industries, this Center is designed to be a national-level industrial innovation center and a core technology development and industry-university-institute cooperation platform that supports independent R&D in the EDA industry in China, in order to develop Hetao into an industrial frontier for domestic EDA tools R&D.
