Shenzhen-Hong Kong Open Innovation Center

This Center is located to the east of the intersection of Honghua Road, Ruixiang Avenue and Zijing Avenue in Futian Bonded Zone. Its occupied land area is about 26,000m² and its gross floor area 210,000m², including the 151,000m² used for industrial R&D. It has enough space to build a 58,000m² dry laboratory and a 67,000m² wet laboratory. It is a key project in the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone and is implemented under the principles of "global vision, international standard and future-oriented goals". The plan also encompasses multiple public activity areas and green leisure space. It is designed to be a high-quality scientific experimentation and R&D base that serves the goals of the Cooperation Zone and a new landmark that demonstrates the urban development of the advanced pilot zone of Shenzhen.
