Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Science and Technology Park

This Park is located at No. 3, Binglang Avenue, Futian Bonded Zone. Its occupied land area is 29,000m2 and its gross floor area 230,000m2. It consists of seven 13-floor commercial office buildings and one 9-meter multifunctional banquet hall. It contains 1,300 parking spaces. 

The high-end research projects already settled in this Park include Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Center for Drug Evaluation and Inspection of NMPA,Gewu Zhikang Pathogen Research Institute of Futian District, Innovation Institute of City University of Hong Kong, Smart Medical Robot Open Innovation Platform of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Big Data Institute of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
