International Biomedical Industry Park Phase I

This Park is located at No. 1, Haihong Avenue, Futian Bonded Zone. It was put in service at the end of 2019. Its occupied land area is 19,000m2 and its floor area 31,000m2. It is the first biomedicine industrial park in the Cooperation Zone. This industrial park gives priority to development of international clinical research and training center, biomedicine R&D service center and medical and pharmaceutical enterprises incubation center. 

The high-end biomedicine projects already settled in this park include The Chinese University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Futian Biomedical Innovation R&D Center and the Shenzhen Lianying High-end Medical Equipment Innovation Research Institute. It is designed to be a whole-chain first-rate biomedicine industrial park that integrates administration, industry, academy and research in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
