Shenzhen State Owned Enterprise Industrial Innovation Center

  The center is located at No.3, Futian Bonded Zone, its occupied land area is about 13,000㎡ and gross floor area about 38,000㎡. It has 7 aboveground floors which encompass the shared spaces such as office area, shared conference room and the road show center and the supporting service spaces such as coffee bar and cultural creativity space.

  This Center is planned by State-owned Assets Supervision and Management Commission of Shenzhen(Municipal), constructed by Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co.,Ltd. and operated by Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone Development Co.,Ltd. It is meant to provide the space where a number of industries can be settled, enhance the technological innovation capacity and industrial application capacity of the state-owned enterprises, and create an industrial innovation platform for the state-owned enterprises that is defined by industry co-incubation, resource synergy and benefits sharing.
