  Hong Kong Science Park Shenzhen Branch is sited at No.32, Shihua Road, Futian Bonded Zone and its gross floor area is about 20,000㎡.

  This park is a key project in the "one zone and two parks" cooperation arrangement signed between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It is meant to be a high-quality space to accomodate the Hong Kong organizations and enterprises before the first group of buildings in the Hong Kong park of the Cooperation Zone are completed. In the future, the first "joint policy package"initiated by Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the high-end research project defined by joint recruitment and appraisal of well-educated talents and the Greater Bay Area Inno Academy spearheaded by Hong Kong will be settled in this park. This will comprehensively strenthen the technological innovation chain of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, accelerate development of the international center for technology and innovation and write a new chapter of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation.
