International Biomedical Industrial Park (Phase I)

The International Biomedical Industrial Park is located on No.1 Haihong Road, Futian Free Trade Zone, and was put into service at the end of 2019. It was the first biomedical industrial park in the cooperation zone, taking up19,000 m² of land with31,000 m² of floor area. The industrial park focuses on the development of international clinical research and training centers, biomedical  R&D service centers, and medical and pharmaceutical enterprise incubation centers.

At present, entities including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Futian Biomedical Innovation R&D Center, Shenzhen United Imaging High-end Medical Equipment Innovation Research Institute, and other high-end biomedical projects are based in the park. It is intended to become a first-class biomedical industrial park integrating government, production, university, and research functions with a complete industrial chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
