State Assets and SOEs Innovation Center

The State Assets and SOEs Innovation Center project is located at 3 Taohua Road in Futian Bonded Zone. It covers 13,000 square meters and has a floor space of 40,000 square meters. The project borders the Shenzhen River and faces the Mai Po Wet land Nature Reserve across the river. The innovation center will endow the old buildings with advanced architectural technologies by adhering to the concepts of sharing, smart and green. Through technologiessuch asair purification, rain water recycling and big data and intelligent technologies such assensing and biorecognition, the center will connect people with their life through technologies and makefull use of the sightseeing resources of the Shenzhen River through integrated architectural, indoor environmental and landscaping designs. All the needs of laboratories, including appropriate space, high airpressure exhaust fansand reliable power supply, will be met. The center will be equipped with shared office spaces for super computing, road showhubs, shared conference rooms and laboratories, multi-cuisine canteens and fitness facilities to create a balanced life and work environment.  

The project will be a platform that will bring innovative resources together, a driving force that will create and enhance industrial chains, a benchmark for cooperation between SOEs directly under the central government and the Shenzhen government and a model for renovation and upgrading of urban villages.
