Techwinsemi VCSEL Optical Chip

The VCSEL Optical Chip Project of Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology Co., Ltd is located in International Biomedicine Industrial Park Phase 2. The plan is to build the Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) VCSEL Optical Chip R&D and Pilot Base and achieve mass production of the first 850nm 25G high-speed VCSEL optical chip of China, so as to develop the key or core technologies for the high-end optical chips needed for 5G communication and strategic big data center development project of China, achieve indigenization of the high-speed VCSEL optical chips with 25G or more bandwidth, and fill the technological gap in R&D and manufacturing process of domestic VCSEL semiconductor laser This project has been rated a key project of Shenzhen in 2020 and 2021.
