SMiT

SMiT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GWX. At the beginning of 2021, it was officially settled in Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone. It is tasked with furthering the Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation in the area of EDA. In its initial plan, SMiT is meant to conduct R&D of the manufacturing EDA tools such as testability analysis and design tools, reliability design tools, manufacturability design tools and yield design tools. Through collaboration with foundries and domestic equipment providers, it is committed to creating the whole-process EDA tools system for domestic digital integrated circuit and achieving large-scale application.

Shenzhen Guoweixin Technology Co., Ltd. is an EDA enterprise with international competitive power and owns advanced EDA key and core technologies. Its main products and services include design back end EDA tools, manufacturing EDA tools, IP design, DFT design service and back end design service. GWX's team has completed closure and acceptance of multiple major national special projects. It now has a competent R&D team of over 300 members, over 75% of which have master's degree or doctor's degree. The core members have 20 years (or more) of experience working for a foreign or domestic renowned company, and they have obtained a hundred patents and software copyrights.
