　　Functional layout: The Hetao East Wing is primarily designed to accommodate laboratories, research offices, and supporting services. The land use is predominantly designated for new industrial purposes and scientific research purposes.

　　Development scale: The project covers a total area of approximately 400,000 square meters, with around 320,000 square meters available for development. The planned total construction area is approximately 1.765 million square meters.
