Shenzhen-Hong Kong Integrated Service Center

Shenzhen－Hong Kong Integrated Service Centeris located at the northeastern corner of Shihua Road and Binlang Road in Futian Bonded Zone． Item bodies the green and smart image of the zone．Spread over 8,118 square meters and boasting a floor space of 89,568 square meters， the project is a 200－meter－tall building that integrates businesses，cultural facilities and public space. Built on top of a Metro station，it enjoys good connectivity and boasts complete supporting facilities. The beauty of Shenzhen Bay and the mangrove forest in the west， as well as that of theShenzhen River and the Mai Po Wetland Park in the east， is visible from the center． The view complements the green environment at Futian Bonded Zone Central Park．Riding the smart elevators is another way to appreciate the surrounding environment．  

The center designed by Pritzker Prize－winning architect Richard Rogers will beof the highest－grade， most advanced and a symbol of Shenzhen and Hong Kong’s international appeal with exemplary service and excellent quality. The project currently under construction will be completed in 2024．
